You can lose everything
Memecoins have no intrinsic value, no cash flows and nobody obliged to support their price. Most go to zero, often within minutes. Only spend money you can afford to lose entirely.
Launching is not earning
A coin you launch may never be traded. Creator fees only exist if other people trade it, and pump.fun sets and can change how they work. Your first buy moves the curve, and others, including automated bots, can buy right after you and sell at any moment.
Card payments buy something final
Paying by card feels reversible; what it buys is not. Once your coin is created and delivered, it cannot be undone and the order cannot be refunded.
Keys and addresses
The Tap Wallet's key lives only in your browser. If you lose it without a backup, your coins are gone. Coins sent to an exchange or banking-app address that does not support them can be lost. Always check the address you give.
Order wallets are held by us for a moment
While your order runs, its SOL sits in an order wallet derived from a secret our server keeps. If that secret leaked, open orders could be drained before they complete; if it were lost, open orders could not finish. We protect it with reasonable care but cannot exclude either event.
Software, network and third parties
Bugs, outages, congestion, RPC failures, price-source errors, wallet errors, phishing sites and malicious browser extensions can cause failed or unintended transactions. Always check the domain in your address bar. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
Regulatory and tax risk
Rules on crypto-assets differ by country and change quickly. Access may be restricted in your region at any time. You are responsible for your own taxes.
